Dear valued customers,

We hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy during these uncertain times.

These last couple of weeks have been extremely challenging for all of us and unfortunately the situation is unlikely to improve in the near future. We will continue to monitor the quickly evolving news about the health, safety and economic effects of this virus.

I wanted to let you know that we are committed to continuing the smooth operation of our stores and designerexchange.com. Our team members are working hard to try and provide the same levels of service as before.

However, supporting government guidance, we have asked support staff to work from home where possible and have asked our more vulnerable members of staff to stay at home and isolate themselves. Unfortunately, those most at risk are key members of the authentication team which has led to many tough decisions about how we can protect our staff alongside our business.

We will continue to sell all our products in store and online. As a buyer, you will not be affected.  

However, COVID-19 is challenging our internal operations and putting our clothing and shoes authenticators at risk. Therefore, we will be unable to authenticate, price or buy clothing or shoes within the next two months or until further notice. These items will still be available to sell to you and we make no changes to how we authenticate, price and buy handbags, accessories, watches and jewellery.
