Lockdown: Stores Update

We meet again, lockdown. But fear not, we've been working tirelessly to set-up a Drop & Collect service ensuring that you can still trade your designer items.

The Stores

Our stores will be open from 11:30am - 5pm from Monday to Friday and will be operating an appointment only service. To get an appointment, please call the store ahead of time and during business hours. If this is your first time dealing with us, we are required to make you a member prior to your appointment so you will be asked for details to set-up your membership. Alternatively, you can email the store to request a call back.

Appointments are only available to those looking to sell their goods to us and wish to drop off their items or collect items. Please note that during lockdown, we will not be accepting clothing and shoes.

Payments for goods will be electronic either via a bank transfer or e-voucher. Returns should be posted in. Please ensure that you have everything that you need prior to your appointment including your photographic ID. All interactions will take place off-site, but we kindly ask that you wear a face mask during your appointment.

Online Orders

Our online store is still open and continues to operate as normal. You should not notice any delay to your online orders.

If you are looking to sell your unwanted designer items, click here to submit a quote. At this time, we're only accepting handbags and accessories.
