London stores closed

Following the recent government announcement on Saturday 19th December that parts of the south-east of England, including London, will move into tier 4 as of 12am Sunday 20th December, all non-essential shops will be closed until further notice.

This announcement affects our London stores in Chelsea, Kensington and Knightsbridge. We will be running a drop and collection service from our London stores by appointment only. Our London stores will be open from 11:30am - 5pm.

To get an appointment, please call the store ahead of time and during business hours. Alternatively, you can email the store to get a call back.

Appointments are available to drop items and collect items. Please note, our London stores will not be accepting clothing and shoes during the tier 4 restrictions.

Payments for goods will be electronic (bank transfer or e-voucher). Please ensure you have everything you need prior to your appointment, that you wear a face mask and that you sanitise your hands before and after your visit.

Our stores in Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester will remain open and operate within the restrictions of tier 3 areas.

Our online store will continue to operate as normal.
