Lockdown - How to Buy & Sell

Lockdown has come once more and the team behind Designer Exchange have been working to set up a Drop & Collect service. This means you can still trade your designer items during lockdown. 

Here is the information you need to know for buying and selling with Designer Exchange throughout lockdown.

The Stores

From Thursday 5th Novemebr, all Designer Exchange UK stores will be open 11:30am - 5:00pm on Monday to Friday and will be quick appointments only. To get an appointment, please call the store ahead of time and in working hours. Alternatively, you can email the store to request a call back.

Each store will have a sectioned area to stand in (out of the rain). You will not be able to browse, try on clothing / shoes or access the shop in anyway. Please note, all stores will not be accepting clothing and shoes during lockdown.

Appointments are avaliable to drop items in and collect items. Payments for goods will be electronic (bank transfer or e-voucher) and returns should be posted in. Please ensure you have everything you need prior to your appointment, that you wear a face mask and you santise your hands before and after your visit. 

The Website

You should notice no delays to your online orders and the website can be shopped as usual.

You may also now recieve a quote for your handbags and accessories. However, Designer Exchange is unable to quote clothing and shoes at this moment.
