Our doors opened at noon to a swell of customers eagerly waiting to come in and explore. With nearly 8000 square feet of gorgeous preloved pieces, the allure of our flagship store brought in both familiar faces and new visitors alike. As our guests stepped inside, they were greeted by a meticulously curated collection of extraordinary pieces that left our customers in awe. From timeless classics to contemporary treasures, there was something to suit everyone’s taste.

It was a joyous reunion as we welcomed back customers who had been with us since the start of our journey over a decade ago. With our last customers of the day being our first customers when we opened in Knightsbridge ten years ago, serving as a testament to the enduring bond we share with our community here at Designer Exchange.

Now proudly holding the title of the largest preloved luxury store in the UK, our flagship store stands as a beacon of sophistication and style, helping to grow our preloved community whether it’s your hobby, hyphen or hustle.
