1. Upload pictures and information to receive a quick preliminary quote.

2. You will then be asked to post it to our studio with our free Royal Mail postage label, where you can find a way to send your items that suits all your needs.

3. When we have received your parcel your item will be authenticated by our team of highly trained authenticators. Once each item has passed all checks it becomes covered by a 12 month authenticity warranty from the point of purchase.

4. Once all authentication is completed and approved you will receive a final price for your item. Then the decision is all yours, choose to receive a bank transfer, or refresh your wardrobe by receiving a higher priced voucher to shop with Designer Exchange online or in store.
