COVID-19 #4: Extended Returns Period

We have all been overwhelmed by the positive support for Designer Exchange by our loyal clientele and our outstanding staff members. Your support means that when the world returns to normal, we will have a healthy and happy business, team and customer base.
None of us will have experienced anything like we are currently seeing, and we are sure that none of us would want to see it again. COVID-19 is affecting every part of society in a way that could not be anticipated.
Many of you want to buy online but have expressed worry about not being able to reach your local post office to return should there be a problem. From today, we will be extending our online returns policy to 40 days until July 6th 2020. Items ordered after July 6th will revert to the normal 28 days policy.
We are still able to fulfil orders however there may be delays. This is something that in the current climate is unavoidable as we cannot staff our company in a way that puts anyone at risk.
We have a dedicated Customer Services team and they will be on hand to help with any questions about orders or timeframes that you may have. You can contact them on [email protected] and they will do their very best to assist you.
Above all else we want everyone and their families to be safe, healthy and happy. We want you to be able to return to normal once this crisis has elapsed.
