Pharrell Williams Is Designing A Chanel Capsule Collection


It looks as if Pharrell Wiliams will soon be able to add designer to his CV as it has been announced he has been asked to create a capsule collection with Chanel. Pharrell has had a successful relationship with Chanel and has previously been a campaign star for the designer.

Details of the range are yet to be announced but the collection will debut exclusively on March 29.

Pledging To Eliminate Plastic Pollution



This week Burberry, Stella McCartney and H&M pledge to eliminate plastic pollution and joined the British and Chilean governments, amongst others, by signing the New Plastics Economy Global Commitment

All committed parties must eliminate the single-use and unnecessary plastic packaging from their entire business. They must also recycle and reuse existing plastics. Which is something we expect to see from a lot of brands and designers in the next year.

The Most Popular Brand In The World



Off-White has been officially announced as the most popular brand which comes as no surprise as the brand has gone from strength to strength this past year. Off-white has beat the likes of Gucci and Chanel which goes to show the kind of statement he has made in the fashion industry.

Versus Versace and Versace Jeans to Merge


When it was announced Michael Kors was taking over Versace we were expecting some big changes for the brand and it seems as if the first big change has already been put in place as it was announced this week that the company will integrate versus, Versace’s division line, with their other contemporary line, Versace’s Jeans in a bid to simplify the business model.
