You don't need to do anything to qualify for this free extra 10% besides bringing your handbags and accessories into any Designer Exchange store during October. If you do, you'll automatically be offered both a cash and exchange price with an additional 10% on top. This means that would you normally be offered £500, you'll be offered £550 at no extra work to yourself.

This promotion is active for items booked in during October 2020 - which means that even if you book in on October 31st, Designer Exchange will still honour the price if the order is processed in November.
