The Grammy Awards, the music industry’s most anticipated event, delivered some incredible performances, well-deserved awards and of course jaw-dropping fashion. The Grammys are known for their celebration of musical excellence and this year it was held in the LA Crypto.com Arena on Sunday 4th February 2024. With performances from incredible artists such as Olivia rodrigo and SZA the Grammys left the audience in awe. But the main thing that left us wanting more happened before the first note was even sung… Of course, we’re talking red carpet looks so let's dive into a few of our favourites from the Grammys 2024.

MILEY CYRUS

The main theme for the women of the red carpet this year was mesh outfits and plenty of cut-outs, a style that's no stranger to Miley Cyrus and she definitely did it best! She wore a total of five looks throughout the course of the awards show but her red carpet look stunned! She was wearing Mason Margiela and her mini dress was made entirely from gold safety pins. Her hair was curled and had tons of volume giving ode to the 70’s. She definitely captured her shocking style that has become her trademark over the years. No one does a look that makes jaws drop like Miley! She was a force to be reckoned with on and off the carpet winning her first (and second) Grammy thanks to her hit song flowers.

ICE SPICE

Ice Spice took the world by storm last year with many of her songs going viral on TikTok which is one of the reasons she received the nomination for ‘Best New Artist’ at the Grammys on Sunday. Ice Spice went a completely different route to Miley in terms of red carpet look but we loved it just as much! She was sporting Baby Phat Jeans in a fully denim jacket and maxi skirt ensemble. The outfit was a very dark wash denim combined with light brown fur making a gorgeous combination, she was serving Y2K dreams on the carpet! The look was finished with an oversized cross pendant necklace which really tied the look together. Being nominated for Best New Artist means she’s one to watch in the music space, but after this red carpet she’s one to watch in the fashion world too.

MALUMA

Maluma attended the Grammys this year following his third nomination for ‘Best Latin Pop Album’. He’s been making waves in the world of music and he made a statement on the red carpet too! Maluma went for a classic black and white suit with a modern twist. The suit was worn slightly oversized along with an oversized bow tie adding a twist to the classic hollywood style. Although a man wearing a black suit is often frowned upon in the fashion world, his use of accessories really gave the look an edge. He wore a pair of white pointed dress shoes, a gold pocket chain and some sunglasses. The whole outfit felt very modern and steered away from the typical male red carpet look. Maluma is not not just a musical sensation, but a fashion icon!

These were just three of countless incredible looks on the red carpet this year, so which ones were top of your list? The 66th annual Grammys was astounding, until next year when we’ll be back to look at what undoubtedly will be another incredible Grammys celebration.
